  • Automatically confirmed upon success

Payment Confirmation

Once a payment is completed, the order will be:

In case of delayed confirmation due to technical issues, our support team will assist promptly.


No Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment for Navathaniya Foods products.


Payment Failure / Refund Handling

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by the payment provider (UPI/Razorpay/Bank) within standard banking timelines.
