3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
Payments can be made via:
- Direct UPI Transfer
- Razorpay Payment Gateway
Navathaniya Foods does not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within the mentioned time frames.
Delivery timelines vary by location and courier service. Navathaniya Foods shall not be held responsible for delays caused by logistics, holidays, weather, or force majeure conditions.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel orders only before dispatch.
Once the order has been packed or handed to courier, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our food products and hygiene standards:
- Returns & exchanges are not accepted
- No refunds for change of mind or taste preferences
Replacements are supported only for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damage or leakage in transit
- Missing items
Customers must report such cases within 24–48 hours with proof of images.
7. Refunds
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment mode
- Banking/payment gateway timelines apply
No refunds are issued once the product is delivered unless eligible under replacement clause.
