No Return / No Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of food products and hygiene protocols, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, for the following reasons:
- Products are perishable and food-grade
- Cannot be restocked once opened or handled
- Ingredient details are fully disclosed prior to purchase
Therefore, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered for reasons such as:

Incorrect / Damaged / Leakage Cases
We will support customers only if the issue is from our side, such as:
