- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
- In case of delays due to high order volume or logistics issues, customers will be notified promptly.

- We currently ship across India, through reliable courier and logistics partners.
- Delivery availability may vary based on PIN code serviceability.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, strikes, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier rates.
- Free Shipping may be available on selected orders, offers, or minimum purchase values as announced from time to time.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- Customers can track orders online until the final delivery.
Packaging & Product Safety
- All products are packed in food-grade, tamper-resistant packaging.
- Items are shipped to maintain freshness and hygiene during transit.
Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will make two attempts for delivery.
- If unsuccessful, the package may return to us. Re-shipping can be arranged at additional shipping cost.
Incorrect Address / Non-Reachable

In Case of Damaged or Missing Items
