At Navathaniya Foods, we prepare and dispatch orders with care to ensure product freshness and timely delivery. Customers may request order cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.

Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to courier, cancellation will not be accepted.

How to Request Cancellation

To cancel an order (before dispatch), customers must provide:

  • Registered Phone Number

Post Dispatch Cancellation

Once dispatched, food products cannot be cancelled due to:

  • Hygiene standards
  • Food safety protocols
  • Perishable nature of products

Therefore, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted after dispatch.

Refunds for Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch:

  • Refund will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Standard processing time applies as per payment gateway/bank timelines
